This is a pretty labor-intensive salad , although it was kind of fun and therapeutic to chop all the ingredients. But if you're lazy , you should buy everything pre-cut. I poured on the dressing and gave it all a good stir. I ended up with this green coleslaw-looking concoction, which did not looked as aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped . I probably could have cut all of the vegetables a little smaller, like how Baked By Melissa does in her video, but whatever.
