The woman also claims a male supervisor asked her to down shots of alcohol with him in his office, and a female supervisor would inappropriately hug her and once asked if she and her boyfriend were sexually active. The worker said she brought her complaints to managers, who did nothing to stop the alleged behavior, according to court papers.
The lawsuit says the worker eventually brought her concerns to Romayne Eaker-Kelly, the campus recreation director, who allegedly said the woman should be “thankful you got this job.”The lawsuit alleges violations of New Jersey Law Against Discrimination with regard to sexual and religious harassment.
