As usual, San Marco streets are flooding, this time from Ian's heavy rains, but people there say it could be worse.
Water has not reached the homes and the hope is that it won’t. Sandbags lined San Marco businesses, clearly they know what to do when heavy rain hits the area.in the San Marco and forced evacuations in 2017.
