Idaho lawmakers have voted to reinstate death by firing squad for condemned inmates amid a shortage of the drugs used for lethal injection executions.

"H186 has now passed the Idaho Senate and House with a veto proof majority," the bill's house sponsor, Rep. Bruce Skaug, R-Nampa, told Fox News Digital Tuesday."Upon signature of the governor, the state may now more likely carry out justice, as determined by our judicial system, against those who have committed first degree murder."
