The San Jose, California-based Iguanas Burritozilla serves a wide range of burritos, tacos, nachos and more including a 5-pound, 18-inch burrito filled with meat, rice and beans.

Iguanas BurritozillaThe California staple's latest home comes with the launch of the San Jose-based Iguanas Burritozilla, which recently debuted its first Texas outpost in a food truck parked along Fredericksburg in the city's Balcones Heights neighborhood.

Over the next two months, the Iguanas team plans to build out a brick-and-mortar property at 4205 Fredericksburg Road for a permanent San Antonio home, co-owner Sammy Orozco said. In the meantime, hungry customers can sate their appetite for burritos at the brand's food truck. The menu at Iguanas is simple and restrained, primarily built around carne asada and grilled chicken stuffed inside jumbo-size tortillas with rice, beans and vegetables. Nachos, tacos and loaded fries are also available. For those feeling heroic, the signature Burritozilla provides an 18-inch monster of a meal weighing in at 5 pounds for $37.50.
