Of all light-duty vehicle registrations in California for 2021, including new and existing registrations, 2.5% were PEV.PEV include plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and all-electric vehicles. New registrations include model year 2021 and 2022 vehicles registered in calendar year 2021.
