And local pharmacies are one group bearing the weight of the most recent surge, as more people seek out tests from them, either from initial inquiries or after failing to secure tests from the larger chains. He estimates roughly 30 rapid tests per day are administered in store. They also offer vaccines, including first and second doses, as well as booster shots.
