Indian authorities reject Infosys 'COVID ate my homework' excuse

Indian tech services giant Infosys has revealed the nation's Securities and Exchange Board rejected its claims of being unable to file regulatory paperwork on time due to COVID-19 lockdowns.[PDF], that SEBI had noted it missed some deadlines to lodge information required under regulations covering the prevention of insider trading.
