INDIANAPOLIS — The City of Indianapolis announced trick-or-treat hours forHours for trick-of-treating in the city will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31. IMPD will have extra patrols in neighborhoods throughout the city during that time.
The Indianapolis Fire Department will host trick-or-treaters at its fire stations during that time as well.Wear light-colored clothing short enough to prevent tripping and add reflective tape.masks or disguises into businesses.Go out in daylight hours if possible, or carry a flashlight if you’ll be out after dark.Only give and accept wrapped or packaged treats.
Examine all treats before allowing children to eat them. If you find a suspicious item, contact police as soon as possible at 317Consider block parties instead of trick-or-treating.Related Articles
