Wong's prediction follows the market rally that began at the beginning of this year, roughly coinciding with investors' increasing expectations that a U.S.-China trade deal could be inked. Donald Trump tweet: Tariffs are the greatest! Either a country which has treated the United States unfairly on Trade negotiates a fair deal, or it gets hit with Tariffs.
