August 24 is National Burger Day as if you didn't know already
When it comes to looking for somewhere to buy a burger, it seems the options are almost endless these days. Pubs serve up homemade ones as do restaurants.
But you can also find some delicious burgers being served up in takeaways across Nottinghamshire and the impression of burger vans has certainly changed in recent years. From a juicy cheeseburger to huge burgers better suited to an eating challenge, Nottinghamshire certainly has a love for a fried meat patty.
With Thursday, August 24 being National Burger Day, we wanted to celebrate those serving up tasty patties across the county. We want to crown the county's best place to buy one.It could be a pub serving up juicy burgers or it could be a takeaway that dishes up the biggest burger with all the toppings you could ever wish for. Wherever your favourite go-to place for a burger is, we want to celebrate them.
