Claire Sweeney has been supported as she shared an update on her skin condition. The Coronation Street star has previously spoken about her battle with peri oral dermatitis. The 53-year-old has taken to Instagram today to give an update on the condition, which causes persistent redness or small bumps around the mouth and nose.
