Emmerdale's Tom King has been abusing Belle Dingle for months
Eden Taylor-Draper's character Belle ended things with Tom this week after a disturbing series of events during their Welsh cottage retreat. For months, Tom has been manipulating and tormenting Belle.
However, when she returned to gather her things from the home she shared with Tom, she discovered he had been lying in wait. Arriving at Lydia's, Belle informed her family that her marriage was finished. Later, while alone with her mother Lisa's urn, she was eerily watched by Tom from a distance. As Vinny and Belle reconcile with a chat and a hug, Tom observes them from afar, seething. Subsequently, Tom begins to manipulate his aunt Nicola's perception of the situation, insinuating that Belle is involved with Vinny, thereby casting Belle in an unfavourable light.
