Panera is being sued by the parents of a 21-year-old Ivy League student who died after consuming a lemonade drink with high caffeine content.

Her college roommate, Victoria Rose Conroy, also told NBC that Katz “was very, very vigilant about what she needed to do to keep herself safe.” On that same day, Katz “suffered a cardiac arrest” while dining with friends at a restaurant in her apartment building, according to the complaint.
