.iamOzawaKenji's first album in over a decade is on the way!
The elusive pop artist hasn’t released an album for 13 years since his instrumental set from 2006 calledOzawa wrote all the songs onand also designed the cover art. The album will include a solo rendition of "I Hear an Owl," his collaborative number withThe first new song from the album, "Suisei," was released digitally on Friday .
The title means "comet" in English, matching the "space" theme suggested by the name of the album, and the sparkly track features layers of strings, horns and backing vocals, reminiscent of his signature mega-hits from the '90s.
