Action News Jax has learned that the council unanimously approved the project.

The approved agreement and contracts allow Iguana Investments to start development of Four Seasons and office building near TIAA Bank Field.

The approval takes $7.1 million from the Northbank Riverwalk Northbank Bulkhead Cip project to the Northbank Central Marina project to combine funding for certain city owned improvements.
