The NFL Players Association released grades for all teams in regards to facilities and other categories, grading the Jaguars as the 28th best.

"One of our core jobs as a union is to improve the overall working conditions for our players, which includes the daily experience of players at the team facilities away from the lights and cameras," the NFLPA said via their website.

The categories marked included the team's treatment of families, food service/nutrition, weight room, strength coaches, training room, training staff, locker room and team travel.of D+ or lower in five of the eight categories, including treatment of families, service/nutrition, weight room, training room and locker room.

Another primary concern from players, according to the NFLPA, was the players' feeling that the team could take better care of families. Players stated that the strength and training staff were well-liked, but there were some complaints, particularly regarding the weight room which was viewed as not having"nearly enough room."
