, Gunn was asked what the logo on Star-Lord’s shirt towards the beginning of the movie represented in-universe. The user asking the question theorized it might be a restaurant or a “space margaritaville.”
The filmmaker answered by replying that the logo, which features a small alien creature, was actually for “Space Candy,” rather than a space restaurant.
