The chief executive of a British missing persons charity says it is working with the Slater family 'to sort out the next steps of taking Jay home'. Matthew Searle MBE is from LBT Global, which has been supporting the family since the 19-year-old went missing in Tenerife a month ago.

Mrs Duncan has issued a brief statement through the charity, saying the family were heartbroken. "We are working with the family now to sort out the next steps of taking Jay home, recovery of his belongings and laying him to rest.
