a single contract to SpaceX in April due to funding constraints, declining proposals from companies Dynetics and Blue Origin. Blue Origin challenged the decision, arguing the agency “unreasonably evaluated all three proposals,” but the U.S. Government Accountability Officethe protest in July, saying the evaluation of the proposals was “reasonable” and NASA was within its right to be able to award one contract.
The court documents are currently under seal, as the company argued the information included in the documents could reveal trade secrets and confidential financial and proprietary information, and details on the filing are unavailable at this time.NASA has until Oct. 12 to file a response.
