The former Penn State football coach was convicted more than a decade ago on 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
in Johnstown is reporting that Sandusky filed the appeal on Thursday in Centre County court.
The 137-page appeal challenges and questions many aspects of Sandusky’s arrest and court proceedings, and claims that he didn’t get a fair trial, the TV station reported. Sandusky, 78, is incarcerated at SCI-Laurel Highlands in Somerset County. He was found guilty in June 2012 of 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
