Soffer, who is repped by UTA, Ethos Entertainment and Schreck Rose Dapello & Adams, shared his gratitude for his years working on the show. “To create this hour drama week after week has been a labor of love by everyone who touches the show,” he said in a statement. “I will always be proud of my time as Det. Jay Halstead.”
Benjamin Levy Aguilar, who guest starred in Season 9, was upped to series regular ahead of the Season 10, joining cast members Jason Beghe, Marina Squerciati, Patrick Flueger, LaRoyce Hawkins and Amy Morton., Gwen Sigan, Rick Eid, Derek Haas, Peter Jankowski, Michael Brandt, Gavin Harris, Chad Saxton and Arthur W. Forney serve as executive producers.
