Leeds Bradford Airport has already welcomed more than one million passengers through its doors this year as the travel industry continues to face huge demand.
Airports and airlines have suffered a surge in angry customers who've been forced to wait in snaking queues in the past months as a number of flights have been cancelled or delayed. In response to the chaos in the travel industry over the past weeks Jet2 is looking to take on plenty of new staff to accommodate to the demand.Jet2.com are offering a number of jobs including roles as a baggage agent at Leeds Bradford Airport on a permanent all year round contract basis.
The baggage agent positions are available on a 30 hour per week permanent contract basis, with hours rising to 37.5 hours per week during the busy summer months . The role is an essential operational support to aircraft loading and turnaround and ensure the safe and secure transportation of hold items as people get away on their Jet2holiday.
