Passengers could be hit with huge delays
Anyone heading to Majorca Airport could be hit with delays due to terminal changes and maintenance. Jet2 previously warned holiday-goers could "be waiting slightly longer than normal" in both departures and arrivals.
Delays continue ahead of the Easter weekend as the airline warns to check before you travel. In its latest update on March 26, Jet2 also warned of some changes.READ MORE: 'Tardis' has people scratching their heads on the drive past A spokesperson wrote: "There is currently maintenance work taking place at Majorca Airport. We are working with the airport to ensure that any disruption to your airport experience will be kept to a minimum.
"Due to this ongoing work you may be waiting slightly longer than normal to clear immigration in both departures and arrivals, our friendly Customer Helpers will be on hand to help. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding should you experience an extended wait time, which is beyond our control.
"All Jet2.com flights will be using check-in desks 188 to 203. Some boarding will still be taking place from Module C until the 26th of March 2024. From the 27th of March 2024, we will start to operate from Terminal A. This information will also be displayed on the airport information screens."
