Jodie Comer has revealed she had 'unhealthy relationship' with her body after becoming 'consumed' by what other people thought of her in a new interview.
She told the magazine: ‘Growing up, I had a very unhealthy relationship with my body, and I’ve always had a tendency to hide it. Anything revealing or that showed my arms just wasn’t in my comfort zone. ' 'I do think the play was a huge catalyst for that confidence. It was the first time I’d truly respected my body, or at least fully took time to care for and nurture it.
Jodie is set to star in the new crime epic The Bikeriders alongside Austin Butler and Tom Hardy - she was the only woman on set. ‘Everything’s so spread out, so I was like, “Right Jodie, you have to get in a car, put on your big-girl pants and do it," she admitted.
