Gaga's Harley Quinn is dancing and singing in what appears to be one of Joker: Folie à Deux's musical set pieces. However, things take a turn when police officers come running down the stairs in her direction, only to ignore Harley and seemingly arrest the Joker, who is off-screen in the video. In another bit of footage, the Joker gets violent with Harley, angrily shaking her.
The Joker's arrest is likely tied to the set photos and videos of Arkham Asylum on fire, which hinted at the Joker and Harley Quinn planning a riot in order to escape the facility.
The major change to Harley Quinn has been backed up by a newspaper pictured on the set of Joker: Folie à Deux, which revealed that Harley was indeed sent to Arkham as a patient. While that is going to be a big twist to how Harley and the Joker meet in the new movie, an important component of the relationship between the characters is going to continue.
