Joseph Altuzarra is refocusing Altu for the demographic that’s buying into the label, starting by collaborating with photographer Alvin Baltrop’s estate
, the late Bronx-born photographer who spent the ’70s and ’80s photographing the pre-AIDS epidemic life of the gay community in the piers on the Hudson River in lower Manhattan.
