Tributes have been paid to the second-year Cardiff Metropolitan University student after his death in a crash. Two people were arrested in connection with the incident.
Joshua Lloyd Roberts died after the crash on Ffordd Waunfawr, Caeathro on Friday, 2 June.NorthPolice confirmed a 32-year-old man was detained on Friday morning on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. He has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
