Josie Gibson is a national treasure, loved by TV audiences for her work on This Morning and for appearing on I'm A Celebrity – and she's been open about her weight-loss battle
The 39-year-old This Morning icon – who last week declared her 'love' for Stephen Mulhern – is a former Big Brother contestant and was one of the many reality stars to have cashed in on fame by releasing a fitness DVD, Josie Gibson : 30 Second Slim back in 2013.
In early 2021, Josie was named as an ambassador for WW, the company formally known as Weight Watchers and said she was thrilled to have the help as she continued her journey towards her dream body. She told us: "I feel really good and I've got lots of energy. It's an app on my phone and it helps me make better decisions, but not just about food. It's about the four pillars of health."
