Gervonta Davis will spend the next two months in prison after violating terms of a sentence which initially saw him avoid jail time.on May 5 over his November 2020 hit-and-run crash which injured four people.After he pled guilty to four traffic offences in a plea deal, he avoided a jail time and was instead sentenced to 90 days of home detention, three years' probation, plus 200 hours of community service.
It's been revealed that he did this by trying to serve the home detention order at the Four Seasons Hotel and a $3.4million penthouse, rather than trainer Calvin Ford's house as the judge initially agreed. Davis' lawyer claimed the reason for the move was because Ford's was too small for him and his security team.
