GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A jury said Friday it has reached decisions on some charges but is deadlocked on others in the trial of four men accused of conspiring to kidnap Michigan. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
Deliberations resumed Friday with a court employee handing over a large plastic bag known as exhibit 291.
