Kadin Black vanished late Dec. 17 or early Dec. 18 from his family’s home on the first block of Vickilee Drive in Wrightsville. Black had been staying at the home for several months and left unexpectedly, Lower Windsor police Chief Jim Thomas said Wednesday.
Police said Black’s phone last pinged Dec. 18 on or near Old Windsor Road in the Lower Windsor/East Prospect area. Thomas said he was Black’s track coach in high school and always had a good relationship with him. He said authorities are “very concerned” for Black’s welfare.
