A photographer is bringing a lawsuit against Kanye West after the rapper threw her phone.

Photographer Nichol Lechmanik filed a lawsuit against West for assault, battery, and negligence this week. However, she then claims West turned his attention to Lechmanik and approached her as she sat in her car. In the clip, West then grabs Lechmanik’s cell phone from her hand and throws the device into the street. The photographer claims the phone landed into oncoming traffic.In the lawsuit, Lechmanik claims the encounter has left her traumatized and humiliated, and that she lost earnings as she was unable to return to her occupation of photographing celebrities.
