The Prince and Princess of Wales invited Meghan and Harry over to talk out their differences over tea but the conversation turned hostile according to the Duke of Sussex.
Meghan Markle never really got on that well from the get go with Kate Middleton, despite their similar circumstances, having both married into the Royal Family .
Harry wrote in his bombshell memoir Spare about several occasions in which his wife seemed to butt heads with his sister-in-law in the early days of their relationship, as we previously reported. Harry detailed the moment in his memoir in which he explained that he and Meghan were invited over for tea.
The duchess recalled their first meeting and said she was "surprised" by the behind-the-scenes formality of members of the Royal Family even when they were not in the public eye.
