The Princess of Wales has stepped out this week sporting a new richer, darker brunette hair colour – and it’s the perfect shade of brown to ask your hairdresser for this winter
Kate Middleton has been out and about this week on a number of official engagements for the launch of her new campaign Shaping Us. The string of events started with a reception on Monday evening alongside celebrity ambassadors such as Zara McDermott and Professor Green, and was followed by a trip up to the University of Leeds on Tuesday.
As always, the Princess of Wales’s immaculate outfits won universal praise , but we also couldn’t help but be wowed by the 41 year old’s glossy new hair colour. It’s a subtle change, of course , but Kate looks to have swapped her signature warm, caramel brunette for a much darker and richer shade of brown. As always, her hair was styled to perfection into her trademark loose, bouncy waves, and the result is a glossy hairstyle that looks luxurious and healthy.
And Kate’s new look is bang on trend, too. A-listers like Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski have all been switching to a deep, chocolate brown this winter, while on this side of the pond, hairdresser Calum Tierney has been creating “mocha melts” colour on the likes of Faye Brookes and Michelle Keegan.
