The former glamour model, 46, was taken into custody after returning from a trip to Turkey with her son Harvey. It came after an arrest warrant was issued due to her failure to appear at a bankruptcy hearing last month.
"Now I know that if someone texts me something, I would "breathe, breathe, breathe", and then probably not reply or respond differently." Katie had been warned that she risked arrest if she failed to show up to the latest hearing, but she flew to Turkey for cosmetic procedures, including a facelift. "However now I am returning home from work and I am aware that I am about to be detained at the airport which is obviously what the courts feel is necessary. I do hope of course for my son's sake who is with me that they will allow some dignity and protection for at least his sake as this will be extremely disturbing for him to see."
