Now, the 49-year-old is back at it with her hair-color chronicles — and this time, she's showing the month-to-month progression of her roots to demonstrate exactly how much gray grew in. The best part? She did it by way of the hilarious"Perhaps this meme is a week old at this point… but does that really compare to these roots? 😂 My version of the #2020Calendar is just...real….
As you can see for yourself, the TV host's roots were barely noticeable back in February and March — but by the time June rolled around, they had grown out at least an inch or two. While she could have easily let this bum her out, we love to see that she's chosen to make light of the situation instead, as it's exactly the kind of levity we could all use more of right now.
Since she posted the meme on Instagram, it's racked up nearly 50,000 likes, as well as countless comments from fans leaving messages like, "Still beautiful! Roots or no roots!! 🙌🏼😎," "You crack me up @kellyripa 😂👏🏻😂," and "😂😂😂 Love your 'transparency' 🤣🤣.
