Kardashian also paid tribute to the rapper's big day in her Instagram Stories."Happy birthday babe!" she wrote alongside a 2013 photo of the couple at dinner in London just after finding out she was pregnant with North.
For his birthday, West has every reason to celebrate: days before turning 43, the rapper was listed by Forbes as the highest-paid musician in the world, having recently achieved billionaire status thanks to his wildly popular Yeezy sneaker line with Adidas.
