Kyle Richards slams 'frustrating' Ozempic rumors: I didn't take 'the easy way'
Kyle Richards has issued another Ozempic denial, calling rumors that she takes the diabetes-turned-weight-loss drug “frustrating.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was “surprised” by the speculation, she told Page Six on Wednesday. “I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,” the Bravo personality, 54, explained. “What I don’t want to get lost in this is that I want to be able to inspire people.”
“I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me,” she continued.Getty Images for The American HeRichards explained, “I’ve never tried Ozempic, none of those diet drugs and now hearing that diabetics can’t even get their hands on it, it would be extremely irresponsible to do that so it’s extra offensive to me.
