Well, actually, it’s not that serious. Basically, Gaga accidentally scratched Grande in the eye as they were practicing choreography for the video, and what transpired afterwards is hilarious. Thankfully, we have it on tape. So, here’s the breakdown of events: Gaga realizes she scratched Grande, saying, “I shanked her with my nail by accident.” Grande is low-key obsessed with the scratch, telling someone in the BTS clip, “Lady Gaga scratched my eye! It’s an honor! I hope it scars!” She later says, “I hope it stays there forever…. It looks hard! I feel like I was in an action movie.” Gaga gets her hands on Neosporin and tries to apply it onto Grande’s face, which she playfully refuses.
