Laketran Routes 1, 4, 5, and 9 serve the Painesville Transfer Center across the street from the BOE on Main Street in Painesville.To get a free ride to vote taking Local Routes 1-9, customers just need to tell their bus driver when they board the bus they are going to vote.
On Election Day, residents can take Laketran’s Local Routes 1-9 or a door-to-door Dial-a-Ride trip free to their polling location. Call Dial-a-Ride at 440-354-6100 to schedule a time. Reservations are required and Laketran needs to know several business days in advance.
