The Medical Practitioners' Tribunal Service will hold a hearing into claims Dr Purandhar Nosina sent 'malicious communications' and a threatening email to two separate people.
A Lanarkshire doctor is under investigation amid claims he sent threatening emails and 'malicious communications'.
It is further claimed that Dr Nosina attended Lanark Sheriff Court where he was given an absolute discharge in connection with a threatening email. The allegation into Dr Nosina reads: "The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 8 December 2020 and 9 December 2020, Dr Nosina sent malicious communications to Mr A, and on 9 December 2020 sent a threatening email to Ms B. It is alleged that Dr Nosina’s actions caused distress to Mr A and Ms B.
