Nigeir Ormond Martinez, 24, allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old victim and raped a 13-year-old girl, according to New Holland Police.NEW HOLLAND, Pa. — A Lancaster County man has been charged with 18 felony counts and six misdemeanors related to the alleged statutory sexual assaults of a 15-year-old girl and the rape of a 13-year-old girl, according to a criminal complaint filed by New Holland Police.
Police began investigating on July 3, when the mother of the 15-year-old victim discovered the alleged sexual relationship and reported it to authorities, according to the complaint. She allegedly supplied the victim's phone to investigators, and a forensic examination of the device uncovered four videos depicting the victim engaging in sexual activity with a male subject matching Martinez's physical appearance.
On August 28, New Holland Police received a report from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services that accused Martinez of raping a 13-year-old girl. The alleged sexual assault was reported by the victim, according to the criminal complaint affidavit. As a result of the investigation, police charged Martinez with two counts of statutory sexual assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, four counts of indecent exposure, three counts of sexual abuse of children , one count of sexual abuse of children , one count of indecent assault, one count of unlawful contact with a minor, one count of unlawful contact with a minor, one count of sexual abuse of children , one count of corruption of minors, and one count of criminal use...
