Signed as an undrafted rookie in May, Shenker was waived at the end of the preseason when Las Vegas reduced its active roster to the regular-season limit of 53 players.for the practice squad. But he was released again on Tuesday along with linebacker Mykal Walker as Las Vegas signed linebacker Darius Harris and kicker James McCourt for the practice squad.
Each NFL team can elevate two practice-squad members to active status for each game, but Shenker has not played this season.
