Lee Anderson's new GB News show launched tonight
The first episode of Nottinghamshire MP Lee Anderson's new GB News show provided food for thought as he spoon fed a fellow Notts MP baked beans. Lee Anderson, MP for Ashfield, appeared on the news channel at 7pm for his new show, Lee Anderson's Real World, where he was joined by Brendan Clarke-Smith MP during the episode.
They had some Heinz beans, Co-op baked beans and Lidl baked beans, of which Mr Clarke-Smith had to decide which tasted the best. Mr Anderson said: "I'm going to mix them up, and you're going to tell me which is the best one."There is a spoon incoming, open your mouth. Here comes the train." Mr Clarke-Smith described the first baked beans as being "fluffy" and having a "nutty twang.
During his show, the two Nottinghamshire MPs also discussed a school that allowed a student to identify as a cat, and Mrs Farage also spoke to Nigel Farage about the Brexit vote seven years on. Many viewers took to Twitter to share their disappointment over the MPs eating baked beans.
