A Leeds estate was left shaken after a boy was chased by a gang of teens with machetes in broad daylight.
West Yorkshire Police cordoned off the grassland in Coldcotes Circus after being called to the incident at around 3pm. Machetes and a handgun were later seized from a home in Harehills.Taxi driver Nasaar Khan, 50, said his CCTV cameras captured the scenes outside his home, which he only moved into along with his family last week."I’ve got four CCTV cameras. They checked it and they actually saw four lads, all dressed in black, running after another guy.
Royal Mail worker Asif Ashraf, who has lived in Gipton for six years, said: “The area down here is a little bit rough. Little things always happen around Gipton. It makes it a little bit scary. Small things like motorbikes, fighting and smashing windows.”
