Leeds are being linked with a host of players ahead of deadline day
Leeds United and Burnley are competing for more than just promotion to the Premier League this season, they're competing for the same transfer targets ahead of next Friday's deadline. A host of transfer speculation in the past 24 hours has Leeds linked with more players than even Daniel Farke would want, but sorting through the flurry of names linked, those with some substance have a common theme.
For Saints and the Foxes, this year you can insert the Clarets. Leeds and Burnley are being linked with a move for Paris FC attacking midfielder Ilan Kebbal. Leeds are said to have spoken to the Ligue 2 club about the player, although no official offer is believed to have been made. The 26-year-old has plenty of French football experience, but does not have a lot of top flight experience to his name, still his form in recent years and goal-scoring start to the new season has thrust him into the limelight.
