The Northern Ireland international is yet to feature for club or country since suffering a femoral fracture in a challenge with Manchester City star Jack Grealish in April 2022.
A recent post from a fan account on X - the social media site formerly known as Twitter - suggested that Dallas' lengthy layoff and ongoing recovery would lead him to hang up his boots. However, it was a baseless rumour which has now been deleted after being emphatically shut down by the player himself.
