This green curry recipe has great flavor complexity for how quick it is to make.
Not sure what I did wrong, but this was a waste of some really good shrimp. Followed recipe as written. Way too sweet. Couldn’t taste the lime juice at all. I would say maybe add double the lime juice next time, but there won’t be a next time. I’ll stick with my red curry recipe.Very nice, tasted tangy and fresh with the lime juice and lemongrass. I made the paste beforehand when I had a few minutes free in the morning which made cooking it for dinner very easy.
Now that I have done this once I can start to customize it a little and also try some similar recipesThis is perhaps my favorite recipe of the Plague Year. I made it with shrimp and it was delicious. And then I made it with Halibut and it was out of this world!!! I added asparagus once. Baby corn another time. I think I might make it with chicken soon with some button mushrooms. So fresh and SO not from a jar.One of my favorite BA recipes! The lime at the end perfectly balances out the flavors.
