One Direction superstar Liam Payne was well enough to attend Paris Fashion Week with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy, following a prolonged stint in hospital.
"It’s with a heavy heart I have to tell you that we have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour of South America," he announced in a video at the time. Speaking to MailOnline, Liam's mum Karen Payne described how her family were deeply concerned about their loved one's condition, sharing: "We are all worried sick about it but we just have to get on. It’s horrible – him being all the way over there. He’s in Milan and it sounds like he'll be there for a week.
"It doesn't come as a huge surprise — his lifestyle has been on a bit of a downward spiral for a while.
